Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue*

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system*

Directions for Use
Adults: take 1–2 capsules per day with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
